BR 1-16: Get the Ball

One day, there is a big soccer game. Jenny and Kerry are friends and they were watching the game. But Kerry likes the Reds and Jenny likes the Blues. Jenny’s boyfriend Alex plays for the Blues. But Kerry likes Anthony plays for the Reds. A couple minutes later, Alex kicks the ball at the Reds’ goal. He scores a goal for the Blues. So Jenny is very happy but Kerry is not happy. Next, Anthony gets the ball, but Alex pushes him and takes the ball. And Anthony scores a goal for Reds. Now the score is the Reds 1, the Blues 1. The two teams are having a good game. After that, Anthony is angry with Alex. Anthony is a good player, but he is not playing well now. Alex kicks Anthony and takes the ball. Anthony is very angry with Alex now. So he gets the ball and kicks it away. Anthony watches Alex get the ball. Anthony runs at Alex because some bags fall on the ball. Anthony helps Alex. Finally, they became good friends and they play soccer together!

I chose this book because I had played sports. So I wanted to read this sports books. Anthony is very angry with Alex. I think that it is not allow actions. But I could understand a little that Anthony’s feelings. Because I had played volleyball. So sometimes I annoyed at other teams. But it is sports so there is a sportsmanship. We should it.

Recently, Nadeshiko Japan was won the game! I couldn’t watch the game. But I watched it in TV. It was a very impressed and interesting game. When I was a high school student, I played soccer at class with my friends. It was very difficult for me but it was very interesting! So I watched the game, I want to play soccer again with my friends!
