W15: My favorite diet

I am on a slimming diet when I start it in last month. The diet is called “Hot Yogurt Diet”. I eat it when I go to school in the morning. So I introduce how to make a hot yogurt. First, before eating, it should be heated using a microwave oven. And take it out at a microwave oven. Finally, I substitute honey for sugar. Of course sugar is OK. But honey is better than sugar according to the information. I suspect that I will injure my stomach by eating only yogurt every morning. But there is no objection on my part. I continue to do it now. And I think I have an effect. So I am going to continue this diet. If you interested in this diet, I want you to try this “Hot Yogurt Diet”.
