Week 3-My hobbies

 My hobby is to play volleyball. I had played volleyball for 9 years since I was an elementary school student. I like to play volleyball very much! And I also like to watch volleyball games. When I was an elementary school student, we won a volleyball tournament. We won 5 times. And when I was a junior high school student and high school student, I became leader. It was difficult for me but it was very good experience. And made many good friends! Sometimes I play volleyball. So if I have a free time I want to play volleyball with my friends!

BR1-02: Pinocchio

Once upon a time there was a piece of wood. Gepetto strolled home clutching his piece of wood. He want to make the best puppet in the world and he call him Pinocchio.

First, he chipped at the wood to make a head with hair and gave the puppet two eyes. Gepetto did not notice that puppet's nose began to grow. Every time he chopped it off, it grew again, longer and longer. After that, he carved out a mouth and the mouth laughed. And he gave the legs and arms. And the puppet jumped up and ran out of the house.

To go to school is easy for real boy but Pinocchio is puppet. But Gepetto want Pinocchio to go to school. So he bought book and some clothes.

He left for his first day at school. On the way, he went to see a puppet show. On stage stood the famous puppets, Harlequin and Punchinello. their dances and tricks made the audience howl with laughter. And Pinocchio was dragged on stage and surrounded by puppets.

Pinocchio waved goodbye to his puppet friends, Pinocchio met a fox and a cat. At night Pinocchio fall asleep. But he wake up, a fox and a cat have gone without Pinocchio. So he became lonely.

Then, Pinocchio saw a little cottage and shouted for help. So a light went on and the front door swung open. There was a very polite poodle. And the poodle showed Pinocchio's room. Pinocchio was so pleased to be safe! In the morning, Pinocchio met a lady the house. Pinocchio and the lady were talking, but Pinocchio said a lie. Instantly,his nose double in length. And the lady said,"You're lying. You'll never be a real boy if you don't tell the truth." The lady taught Pinocchio that Geppet is looking for you. So Pinocchio found his father.

Next time Pinocchio saw a huge pigeon and scooped him onto her back. But he dived into the frothy water. Pinocchio swam and swam, he reached on a sandy beach. There was a toyland. There were a lot of toys and Pinocchio got along with them.

The next morning, Pinocchio's ears were unusually heavy.

It was hard for Pinocchio to swim as a donkey. But Pinocchio reached one cave. Pinocchio saw a faint glow in the distance. There was Gepetto! At last, Pinocchio met Gepetto. They were very happy.

At last Pinocchio is a real boy!

It is fantasy story. I chose this book because picture was cute and I heard this title. So I want to read it. I'm very happy that Pinocchio became a real boy at last.

Lunch time♪

I went to lunch with my friends, Anna, Yuki and Yurika. There were a lot of delicious foods. For example, curry rice, salada, soup, octopas ball, ice cream and so on. We became full!

After that, we went shopping and took a picture.

I want to go there again with my friends!

I went to karaoke with my friend, Anna. I went there after school. We got there, we ate lunch.
After that, we sang a lot of songs. My favorite artists are "Kana Nishino", "mihimaru GT" and "AKB48". I love their songs! We enjyoed singing very much.

We finished singing, we went to see a movie. We saw "Galiver's travels". It was very interesiting movie! Next time, I want to see different movies.

I had a very nice day!

Essay 1-02: School Life

Hello, everyone. I'm 19 years old, and I go to Kumamoto Gakuen University. I study English there. I will introduce my university life.

 In my university, you can study second language that you want to study. For example, Spanish, French and German. I chose Spanish as the second foreigh language because Spanish use around the world. And I'm very interested in it. I study Spanish for the first timebut it was very interesting! So I want to study more
and more!

 Excluding foreign language, you can take various classes. For example, Biology, Economics, American circumstances, Western History, Japanese History and so on. These classes are difficult for me but I think they are useful in the future and communication skills up. So I tyr my best!

 I think it is a good idea to belong some clubs. there are many clubs in my university. I belonged one club. It is "Tour club". So we went Oita and Nagasaki and son on! I enjyoyed very much. And I made many friends! If you join a club, you can make many good friends and university life becomes happier!

 There are many useful equipment in my university. For example, library and Personal Computer room. Especially, library is very useful. A lot of students and general people use library everyday of examination, reading, watching CD and DVD and so on. I often use the library. Because it is good for me to study quietly.

 This university has "English Launge". There are international student and it is use only English to communicate with them. Your speaking abillity may be up. I have not gone there, so I want to go and make many friends.

After school, I go to part time job. I work at "Sushi Ichiba". I work very hard. It is tired for me to work and study. But university student need money! So do my best.
